General Katumba Wamala; the Minister of Works and Transport in Uganda survived a gun attack that climaxed with the death of his long-time driver and his daughter Brenda Nantongo on the 1st of June 2021.
Since then, the public has been waiting with fingers closed for the murderers of Brenda Nantongo and Gen. Katumba Wamala’s driver. Today two men have been charged with the murder of Brenda Nantongo the late daughter of General Katumba Wamala
These include; Sserubula Hussein Ismael Alias Imamu Muto a resident of Nakuwadde, Nakabugo Bulenga, Wakiso District. Hussein is a Boda Boda rider aged 38 years. The second suspect is Nyanzi Yusuf Siraji a resident of Kyanja village, Nakawa division in Kampala. He is a 46-year-old herbalist.
