The president of Uganda, Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Kaguta Museveni has signed four bills into law. These include; The physical planners’ registration act 2022, The Kampala capital city Amendment Act 2022, The mining and mineral Act 2022 and the controversial Computer Misuse Amendment Act 2022
Among all the four bills, the computer misuse amendment is the most controversial given that it affects everyone that uses the internet to share any information or photos. It has been referred to by many as the Muhamed Nsereko bill
