General Muhoozi Kainerugaba the senior presidential advisor to the president of Uganda on matters of security has again made a contagious statement on the ongoing civil war in the Democratic Republic of Congo. According to General Muhoozi’s submission on Twitter, M23 should be viewed as a terrorist group rather than an activist group fighting for the right of the Tutsi people in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
As for M23, I think it is very, very dangerous for anybody to fight those brothers of ours. They are NOT terrorists! They are fighting for the rights of Tutsi in DRC.

His statement has come shortly after the Democratic Republic of Congo government suspended the Rwandan ambassador from their country.
The M23 civil war has for a long time been attributed to the unfair treatment of the Tutsi people in the Democratic Republic of Congo
