Part of the Synagogue Church of all nations that were under construction at Ku Biri Mulago collapsed in injuring three people. According to the Kampala metropolitan deputy police spokesman Luke Owoyesigire; said they are still investigating the cause of the collapse.
According to the eyewitnesses; materials that were overloaded on a crane fell off hitting the staircase causing a ripple effect that saw more than half of the structure collapse. Many cars that were parked near the sight were smashed to pieces. Until now, it is still unclear how many people were actually injured.
Though the structure was located in what seems to be a swampy area, many allegations pin this to be the reason for the fall of the structure that was under construction but until the final report, it remains unclear what the actual cause of the collapse is.
