The leader of the national unity platform Bobi Wine has come out on his tweeter handle expressing his discontent after the police and the army put him under house arrest. The Uganda opposition leader was set to attend a campaign rally for a by-election in Kayunga district.
Yesterday, Kayunga district leadership came out to say that they will not allow Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine in Kayunga today.
By 11 am, Honorable Zaake and Shamim Malende were already in Kayunga to set the rally fire ablaze. The situation seemed normal until they got into a raffle of the security forces that saw some enthusiastic National unity platform die-hards shed some blood. Among the people who have sought medical attention include the Mityana member of parliament Zaake Francis.
