After a number of speculations on the cause of Oulanyah’s death, the government of Uganda through Jane Ruth Aceng the minister of health has finally come out with an official statement clarifying the cause of Oulanyah’s death.
According to Jane Ruth Aceng who is one of the four people that visited Jacob Oulanyah in Seattle while he was still alive, the cause of his death was the “immediate failure of multiple organs”. Among the organs identified included the heart, lungs, liver, and Kidneys. She added that Jacob Oulanyah had obtained several infections which they only discovered when he was admitted to Seattle.
The total sum of the origin of the cause of his death according to Jane Ruth Aceng was total suppression of the bone marrow that in turn gave birth to the multiple infections that escalated into organ failures.
