The national Unity Platform president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has been denied access to the USA halfway through his journey. While checking in for his connecting flight from Doha in Qatar to the United States of America; he came to learn of the Covid-19 restriction policy that forbids anyone that has been to South Africa in the last two weeks from accessing the USA.
The NUP president was scheduled to attend the Uganda Action day and convention in USA unfortunately after failing to make it in person; he will be attending all meetings virtually. He will be represented by Hon. Francis Zaake and Chairman Nyanzi physically in some meetings.
