A white Land cruiser Prado number UAQ 267L was seen in broad daylight swapping its number plate from a private number plate to a government number plate.
Today the UDPF spokesperson Flavia Byekwaso has today come out to clarify the matter. She said the car belongs to the Uganda people’s defense forces; and due to the new movement restrictions, they had to swap their plate to a UG number plate to avoid being stopped on their way to Arua.
The UPDF spokesperson says that the driver has been suspended and the car has also been removed from him.
