Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata has been one of the Muslim leading voices in Uganda. His popularity mostly sprung from his cold war with Sheikh Ramadan Mubajje over the assets of the Muslim faith in Uganda. He was also famous for several other political and socialite confrontations in which he aired several popular comments.
He was last seen in public during the burial of Dr Anas .A. Kaliisa who passed on 4th November 2020. Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata was actually the master of ceremony during the final send-off of Dr Anas
Two weeks back, Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata was rushed to the International hospital of Kampala commonly known as IHK over heart and pressure related illnesses. The cause of his death is still unclear until a report is issued by the responsible authorities.
