In a tweet by Mr. Ainebyoona Emmanuel the Senior Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of health, all staff and visitors to the ministry of health are required to have proof of vaccination by either card or certificate. This implies that anyone that needs access to the ministry of health has to be vaccinated.

However much this violates the vaccination consent, the ministry claims to have done this in an attempt to be the leading example in ensuring that all its staff is protected from Covid-19 through vaccination. But this fails to answer an important consent question, what if some of the staff do not want to be vaccinated? Doesn’t requiring vaccination card or certificate abuse consent?
