London new year’s eve fireworks celebrations have for the second time in a row been called off in an attempt to curb the spread of Covid-19. According to the city mayor of London’s spokesman, the event that more than often gathers over 100,000 people will not happen this year but the city is thinking of ways to make a memorable celebration display.
The event made its debut in 1999 and since then, it has often attracted hundreds of attendants as well as millions of views online.
