On Wednesday the 19th of October 2021; Kenya officially lifted its daily dusk to dawn curfew that had been instituted on the 27th of March 2020. With only a 5% positive rate; and over five million adults vaccinated as well as an expected mark of ten million by December 2021, the country has made the decision to lift the curfew.

However; bars will continue operating by the former curfew guideline of 7:00 pm. By this term, all bars are expected to be closed by 7:00 pm. On the contrary, theĀ  Places of worship were upgraded from 1/3 capacity to 2/3 capacity. However, the president urged the public to continue observing S.O.Ps
