  1. I was vaccinated but when I enter my data for certificate generation they say no data of my national ID NIN and and phone number why

  2. Iwas vaccinated but when I feel in the information am requested they say no information for my covid-19 vaccination certificate

  3. I was vaccinated but my information is not available in the portal. Why is the ministry of health unreliable. And they will not even respond to the calls we make it’s very frustrating not to get a certificate that is rightfully mine.

  4. I got both doses but when I fill my details the certificate appears with one dose as though I am only partially vaccinated. It also has an error on the actual date of birth.
I need the certificate for travel purposes.

  5. I got both doses but my information is not available. And I keep on filling it again but still says the same thing no data.

  6. I have filled all the required data , it’s indicating that I didn’t get the jabs yet I did all.
Imagine, they can’t even reply to why and what to do next.
