The chairman of NRM for the eastern region Capt Michael Mukula has been dragged to court for failing to pay 82 million shillings.
The money is said to have accumulated from the services of an aircraft he rented during the last election campaigns.
The flight company added that by March 2016 the Captain Mukula and Sun Air Company had accumulated arrears amounting to Shs. 82 million, he has not paid to date despite efforts to remind him.
The flight company now says it has endured untold losses and has been hindered by Capt Mukula’s activities, henceforth seeking for court’ review to force Mukula pay the said cash with an interest at the current commercial rate.
Thaddeus Opesene the court registrar has issued a summons requesting Mukula his defence within 15days.
